Advocating for Women’s Hearth Health

A youth-led nonprofit dedicated to fighting heart disease in women through education, prevention, and care. Founded by a high school student, we advocate for equal access, raise awareness, and support underserved communities to close the gender gap in heart health.

Our Mission & Vision

Mission

Raise awareness about women’s heart health and make sure every woman, especially those in underserved communities, has the knowledge and support to take care of her heart. We focus on education, prevention, and helping people who do not have access to the care they need.

Vision

A world where heart disease is preventable, manageable, and no longer one of the top causes of health inequality. We believe everyone should have access to the knowledge and care they need to live a heart-healthy life.

Heart Health for Everyone: A Community Approach

1. Heart Health Education and Awareness

This initiative promotes heart healthy living by offering educational campaigns, community seminars, and engaging social media awareness. We focus on empowering women with knowledge about nutrition, physical activity, and stress management and provide simple practical tools to help them take care of their hearts for the long run.

2. Support for Patients and Senior Living Communities

This initiative offers emotional and mental support to heart disease patients and their families, especially in senior living communities. It provides training to help individuals monitor and track their health, maintain healthier meals, and adopt lifestyle habits that support a stronger heart. Fundraising efforts help provide important health tools, such as blood pressure monitors, to make sure more people have access to the resources they need to manage their heart health.

3. Advocacy and Research

We speak up for women’s heart health by raising awareness and encouraging better health policies. We support research that helps doctors understand women’s unique heart health needs and work to make sure everyone has fair access to the care they need.
